COOPER

Tomorrow Cooper will undergo exploratory surgery to see if there is anything we can do to help him eat and keep it down.
If there is not, I will let him go.
Without the surgery, he will die slowly, starving, so this is kind of a no-brainer.
I will be there so I will be able to see what is in there and make the choice.
I hope I can live up to his standards.
They are pretty high.

    You are in my thoughts and prayers. I know how difficult this time with Cooper has been and how hard you have fought for him to have quality time. I KNOW you will live up to his standards.

    Good luck to both you and Mr. Cooper, Sir! I hope they can find something to help him, but if not, I know you will make the right decision. My thoughts will be with you and Mr. Cooper, Sir! tomorrow.

    Mega drool headed in your direction. I know you will make the right decision. Cooper knows too. I went to a seminar 2 weeks ago about canine communication, you know, the kind that may be considered ESP-ish. I'm not sure how much I believe, but I was comforted by her statement that our dogs always know what we're thinking because we unknowingly are comunicating with them when we think of them. Cooper knows and I'm sure he is comforted knowing how much you love him. We will keep all fingers and toes crossed for the best outcome. R

    Thinking of you - went through this with Barney when he couldn't eat at the end. It sucks. I hope they can find something to fix - we won't think about any other outcome. Just good thoughts and drool for all of you tomorrow.
